      The Coast Guard Auxiliary Member:

• Is An Unpaid Volunteer

• Wants to Give Back to The Community

• At least 17 Years of Age and

• A United States Citizen

• Supports the Coast Guard, Homeland Security and Local Law Enforcement

      Organizational Structure: (Ours in Parenthesis)

• Fifteen or More Members comprise a Flotilla the Basic Unit in the Auxiliary 
  (Flotilla 2-Tellico, TN)                                    

• Five or More Flotillas make up a Division encompassing a geographical area
  (Division 12-Eastern Region)                   

• Multiple Divisions make up a District, a region identical to the Coast Guard's
  (District 8 Eastern Region)                            

• All of the Regions Make Up the National
